What we collect

If you use the “Find an advisor” form, we collect the name, email, phone number, best time to call, time zone and message you enter. The 59½ date calculator runs in your browser; the birth date you enter is not saved or sent.

How we use it

We use form information to respond to your request and to contact you by phone or email about it. We keep a record of your request so we can follow up.

Who we share it with

Form submissions are delivered through Formspree, a third-party form service, to the financial professional named on the form. Today that is Toby Meisenheimer of 310 Wealth Planning.

We may later work with other financial professionals, and they may pay 59andahalf.com for requests. If that happens, we will update this policy and name the professional on the form before your request is shared with them. We don't otherwise share your information except as required by law.

Site analytics

We use Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages and products people look at. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device and browser type, and the pages you visit. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies. We use these reports only to improve the site. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.

Shopping

Merchandise links take you to CafePress, which operates its own checkout and has its own privacy policy. We don't receive your payment details.

Your choices

Email us to ask what information we have about you or to have your request deleted, unless we are required to keep it.
